Meet the Visionary Behind BeH2O™
Trina A. Nudson is the pioneer who has transformed how we approach family dynamics and child welfare. With an extensive background that bridges social work, law, and behavioral science, Trina brings a unique, multifaceted perspective to her work, making her the ideal architect of the BeH2OTM curriculum.
Trina’s journey began as a foster care social worker, where she was deeply frustrated by the bureaucratic obstacles that prevented meaningful change for children and families. Seeking to make a greater impact, she became an attorney, serving as guardian ad litem and representing hundreds of children over the past two decades. While her recommendations were often adopted by the court, Trina felt that systemic change was elusive.
It was this persistent drive to safeguard childhoods and improve family dynamics that led her to a critical realization: true change begins with parents. By coaching parents and helping them shift their mindsets, Trina discovered that she could foster genuine, lasting improvements in their coparenting relationships.

Innovating Through Experience
Trina’s entrepreneurial journey is marked by trial and error, learning, and growth. She built two successful businesses from the ground up, gaining invaluable insights into effective business operations and leadership. Her experience running these businesses on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) has been instrumental in creating structured, efficient, and goal-oriented processes that drive success.
In addition to EOS, Trina has transformed her companies’ cultures through principles learned from the Arbinger Institute, focusing on an outward mindset and fostering a collaborative environment. These insights have not only enhanced her businesses but have also informed the development of the BeH2OTM curriculum, ensuring it is rooted in real-world success and practical application.
Leveraging Marketing Insights
Trina’s innovative approach is further enriched by marketing literature like “Tribes” by Seth Godin and “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek. These works have helped her understand the importance of building a supportive community and defining a clear purpose. By integrating these concepts into the BeH2OTM program, she helps parents define their goals, understand their “why,” and run their coparenting relationship as effectively as a successful business.
